Neptune Beach is a great place to live. Every experience my family and I have had with the police department has been positive and professional. I would not want your job but God bless you for doing it so well and keeping us safe.
Saw the video which completely blows up your assertion the crowd was unruly. And I thought sidewalks were public property, hence he didn't need your permission to play. If you wanted the crowd to get out of the street then you should have told those in the street to get out and hold them accountable for their subsequent actions. Lazy policing isn't a good reason to arrest someone.
lesson one..... the right of way.... sidewalk is open to anyone, to walk stand or play a guitar ...... lesson two..... the only people out of line where the officers... lesson three IT WAS THE FORTH OF JULY...... REALLY

We need more young men who even care our about our country what it stands for and who want to play our national anthem.... so lets go arrest them and make fools out of ourselves....

Worst experience i ever had at the beach with them very disrespectful and they do not no how to to there job properly. The hole station need to be shut down or retrained.
