Very helpful. At the time(5years ago) I did not know what I was doing with a reef tank. They helped me get started in this awesome hobby. Great people and very helpful. I no longer live in Florida but I miss going there every week.
We bought 5 fresh water fish from them and three died within hours. We treated the water and boiled the rocks and decor. We asked for advice on how to set everything up and did everything they said. When I brought them in the manager got an attitude with me because he said we have hard typical Florida water and we were supposed to add a little of our water to the bag at a time until the fish get used to it. I in return said I wish they told us that yesterday when we were asking for instructions. Our daughter was really upset! He said very rudely "how are we supposed to know what kind of water you have..." UMMMMM, you JUST told me "typical florida water" you know what kind of water. I had to bite my tongue
