He is a good example of what customer service should be. I would actually be in support of minimum wage being raised to $15/hr if the majority of American employees had the same work ethic as Bruce. He's definitely not a zit-faced tween just looking to get off work to play video games.
We were regulars at this Ace. I was told today that they would not take my unopened sandbags with a receipt. We were not told that they would not be taking returns on hurricane supplies when we bought the items 6 days before the storm. However, the cashier was very quick to tell me that we had been told this. Unfortunate.
