They all were very friendly, well knowledgeable on their policies..delivered the same day due to my dogs being protective it was more convenient for us to have it same day..they made it happen! ! They made us literally feel like family that we talked to Tina(manager) for about an hour on everything but the TV we was purchasing. ..she is AWESOME! At the time I was 8 months pregnant, they always offered me a water, comfortable seating and a lot of laughs! I love you guys! We had our daughter and Tina was the first stop when we took her out for the first time!!! They are very flexible with your payment dates, offer 2 dates to pay..will give a replacement item if something has to be repaired! Don't go anywhere else! Go to Aarons at Neptune Beach!!!
DONT EVER GO HERE!!!!! TINA THE CURRENT STORE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. FIRST SHE LIED AND TOLD ME MY DOWN PAYMENT WOULD TAKE ME 30 DAYS TO MY FIRST DUE DAY. THEN CALLS ME TWO WEEKS LATER SAYING I NEED TO MAKE AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT. I TOLD HER I DONT HAVE THE EXTRA MONEY AND WANTED THE STUFF PICKED UP AND SHE REFUSED SAYING I NEED TO KEEP THE STUFF UNTIL I PAID THE ADDITIONAL MONEY AND WOULD KEEP GETTING CHARGED MONTHLY. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Going into the store after reading some of the reviews on Aarons I almost didn't go there. Good for us that we did not listen that we still went anyways! Some of the post say the customer service is bad..they got a new store manager...TINA...obviously they have not been back to know that, and about being closed on Sunday, they are so flexible if your payment makes it there on Monday.. you always have the option to pay on SATURDAY..before you know they are closed Sunday and complain.
I'm not sure who was working when these posts were made, but Tina is AWESOME.... and as far as your due date....you set your own due date so there is really no way for you to be due on a sunday... your payments coincide with your pay day.... Tina and company due an amazing job.
This place use to be awesome. They had great service the people were friendly. When I needed anything they was there. Waited on a battery for over 3 months for a Laptop I had gotten. Then they finally had the battery and it ended being the wrong one. I have 2 payments left on the Laptop and they gave me a call trying to get a payment from me after waiting 3 months for a battery. They attempted to try and take the laptop back because I wouldn't give them any money until I got the battery. I also purchased a table from them I received the table which is damaged I had to have another Aaron's store fix it for me. I have purchased a 60" TV and entertainment center from this store. I recommended family and friends to this store. Now my friends and family get poor treatment. There is a manager named Rob complete DICK. Very rude. Talks down to you, I have never dealt with someone so rude. A manager should represent the business. I will not buy from this place anymore. My father in law has purchased his sofas,refrigerator 6 TV's because they so happen to keep breaking dinning table over 15 products from this place and they treat him like they don't want his business. I recommend the Aarons on St.Johns Bluff they are extremely helpful and courteous. Especially the Manager Mike thumbs up on the awesome customer service.
The worst customer service in the world. They love to call, harass and threaten you when you fall a couple days behind on a payment.
