Impossible to reach by phone. Absolutely useless to even post a phone number. No one answers and calls are never returned.
I was at the window when my number was called, wasn't even acknowledged, while the woman sat there having to dress herself. Then as I am trying to pay a ticket that I thought I had paid, another clerk decided to spout off at me in a very rude manner, now I have two very rude employees telling me that they won't assist me as I am being cursed at. This is the worst experience I have ever been a part of. This office should find new employees.
We needed to get our passports renewed and chose this location. It only took about 15 minutes for the both of us. We went on a thursday at 3pm. There was no wait at all and the lady was very nice and helpful.
Went for my wedding license and was in and out in 30 min. Much better than trudging downtown to accomplish the same thing in twice the time or longer.
Dawn was terrible! Not sure if she was having a bad day or just hates her job but she was very rude and needs a lesson on customer service. She definitely lived up to the stereotype of rude and entitled DMV staff!
